Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, trading, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of precious metals markets and hedging strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain customer and trading partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and industry events.
