Job summary

CARIZON PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to drive growth in shipping, maritime and offshore sectors.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure while engaging shipowners, shipyards, operators and stakeholders. The role requires 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the industry, a strong technical understanding of vessel operations and related solutions, and the ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in shipping, marine, or offshore sectors.
• Strong understanding of vessel operations, ship management, project management, vessel construction, repairs, or related technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the shipping, maritime and offshore sectors
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation and contract closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, operators, and key industry stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional and global business objectives
• Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering and technical teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Coordinate closely with internal departments (engineering, services, projects and operations) to ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for senior management
