Achieve Group's client, a shipmanagement company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its client portfolio and secure new business. This commercially driven role requires building relationships with vessel owners and senior maritime decision-makers to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Commerce or related discipline.
• MBA or advanced degree would be advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing and business development, preferably in marine/shipmanagement.
• Experience in tender preparation, negotiation and handling commercial/legal documents.
• Familiarity with vessel operations and HSSEQ standards when working with vessel owners and contractors.
• Strong commercial judgement and contract management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new shipmanagement opportunities and build a client pipeline.
• Build relationships with vessel owners and senior maritime stakeholders.
• Lead tender preparation, pricing and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate service agreements and terms with relevant teams on contractual and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Evaluate vessel budgets, commercial risks and contract profitability to support proposals.
• Develop BD strategies informed by market trends and competitor activity.
