Qualifikationen

• A tertiary education in Economics, Islamic Studies, Public Policy, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in research, workforce planning, stakeholder engagement or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel and data analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Cultural sensitivity to Singapore's socio-religious landscape.

• Contribute to sector-wide workforce planning and development initiatives.
• Analyse manpower demand, supply, trends and capability gaps.
• Translate findings into reports and recommendations.
• Manage project workstreams with milestones, risks and delivery.

• Conduct policy research and benchmarking for workforce development and CPE.
