MUI Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura seeks a policy research and manpower planning specialist to strengthen Singapore's Islamic religious sector. You will analyze workforce trends, identify needs and engage stakeholders to develop evidence-based recommendations through major studies and policy reviews.

The role involves coordinating with consultants and government agencies, translating insights into actionable manpower strategies, and supporting Continuing Professional Education policies for

Competenze

• Tertiary education in Economics, Islamic Studies, Public Policy or Social Sciences.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant research, workforce planning or project management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present findings clearly.

Mansioni

• Contribute to sector-wide workforce planning and development initiatives, addressing manpower needs.
• Analyse manpower demand and supply, workforce trends and capability gaps.
• Translate findings into actionable reports and recommendations for manpower strategies.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and stakeholders to oversee deliverables.
• Review Continuing Professional Education policies for Asatizah and related competency needs.
• Engage Islamic institutions, religious organisations, employers and government agencies.
