Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join the Human Resources team in Singapore. The role covers talent acquisition, contract lifecycle administration, and HR governance, with a focus on meticulous documentation and proactive stakeholder communication.

You will partner with hiring managers and Reporting Officers to attract, assess, and onboard talent, while keeping policies current.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Workday and HRP is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring for full-time, project, and intern roles; manage pre-employment checks and onboarding.
• Process contract extensions and updates in Workday; review contract management policies.
• Process annual and ad-hoc Code of Conduct declarations and communicate updates.
• Support other HR projects and use AI tools to improve processes and productivity.
