Job summary

Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (Muis) seeks a Senior Executive / Manager, Family Development to lead strategic family development initiatives across the One Mosque Sector. The role blends family work leadership with community engagement to nurture resilient Muslim families.

You will build and expand partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and research institutions, while guiding programme delivery across multiple mosques and districts.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Social Work, Family Studies, Community Development, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in community and social work, family development and community leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing professional networks, programme management and team leadership.
• Strong commitment to Islamic values and principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of family support systems across mosques, including marriage enrichment and parenting programmes.
• Oversee cross-m mosque family development officers and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate evaluation systems to measure impact of family initiatives.
• Develop and deploy Family Playbooks for standardised programme delivery.
• Build partnerships with government agencies, religious bodies, and research institutions.
