Job summary

Satsaco Group is seeking a Customer Success Executive (Logistics) to manage and grow existing accounts, delivering after-sales support and logistics solutions. You will coordinate with warehouse, freight, and operations teams to meet service commitments while driving retention and wallet share.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in logistics or related fields with 3–6 years in logistics or account management and possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, customer success, account management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and freight operations.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews to understand operational needs and opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Freight, and Operations teams to meet service commitments.
• Monitor service KPIs and operational performance across assigned accounts.
• Analyze service performance and recommend process improvements.
• Resolve complex operational issues and manage service recovery.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals with Sales and Operations teams.
• Support contract renewals and service enhancement initiatives.
• Drive customer retention and account growth.
