Job summary

ethos beathchapman seeks a Customer Service Assistant Manager to lead the relationship and service excellence for regional strategic logistics accounts. You will oversee forecasts, orders and shipments, and drive reviews on delivery performance and KPI achievement.

You will partner with sales to unlock growth opportunities, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and operational delivery across demand planning to fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Strong supply chain background spanning planning, operations, logistics and third-party provider management.
• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship and service performance for a portfolio of regional strategic accounts.
• Manage each account's forecasts, orders and shipment data.
• Lead regular reviews of forecasting, on-time delivery, quality, revenue impact and asset performance.
• Identify growth within accounts and partner with sales to convert opportunities.
• Handle internal reporting that tracks account performance and service levels.
