Job summary

ethos beathchapman seeks a Customer Service Assistant Manager to lead the relationship and service excellence for regional strategic logistics accounts. You will oversee forecasts, orders and shipments, and drive reviews on delivery performance and KPI achievement.

You will partner with sales to unlock growth opportunities, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service and operational delivery across demand planning to fulfilment.

A market leader in the logistics industry is hiring for a Customer Service Assistant Manager to own the relationship and service performance for a portfolio of regional strategic accounts. The role sits where the customer meets the supply chain: where you will be the trusted advisor they turn to, while also driving the operational delivery behind them, from demand forecasting through to order fulfilment and service performance.

You will manage each account's forecasts, orders and shipment data, lead regular reviews covering forecasting, on-time delivery, quality, revenue impact and asset performance, and continuous improvement of service-level KPIs. You will also identify growth within your accounts, partner with sales to convert it, and handle the internal reporting that tracks how each account is performing.

The ideal candidates come from a strong supply chain background spanning - planning, operations, logistics and third-party provider management, inventory, alongside account management or customer-facing experience. You are a strong communicator and problem-solver, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
