The role involves market research to identify opportunities, follow-ups with potential clients, and post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales for logistics or supply-chain services.
• Ability to prepare tailored client proposals and presentations.
• Strong coordination with warehousing, transport and solutions design teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and communications.
• Support market research to identify new opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities for warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile distribution.
• Assist in preparing tailored solutions based on client logistics needs.
• Follow up with potential clients, schedule meetings, and gather information for proposals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (warehouse ops, transport teams, solutions design) to ensure feasibility of proposed services.
• Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
• Monitor competitor offerings and support market research to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare reports for management on progress toward sales and implementation goals.
• Provide strong after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
