Kerry Consulting is seeking a Learning & Organisation Development Partner in Singapore. The role focuses on strengthening workforce capability, team effectiveness and culture through targeted learning initiatives and organisational development strategies.

You will partner with business leaders, diagnose challenges, and design end-to-end learning solutions, leveraging both internal and external experts to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in L&D or Organisation Development with needs analysis, programme design and diagnostics.
• Consulting background and exposure to broader talent processes is advantageous.
• Analytical, solutions‑oriented with strong stakeholder management and delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders and HR to identify capability gaps and diagnose team effectiveness.
• Design and deliver learning programmes, leveraging internal and external experts to fit needs.
• Advise on organisation effectiveness, leadership development, engagement and culture initiatives.
