Job summary

AIA in Singapore is seeking a Talent & Culture Consultant to lead Learning & Development and organizational culture initiatives. You will partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and the talent team to diagnose capability needs and coordinate learning solutions across the organisation.

You will design, develop and deliver learning interventions, update content, manage budgets, engage vendors and trainers, and support succession planning and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of learning interventions with content experts.
• Act as a Learning Partner, diagnosing capability issues and proposing interventions.
• Develop function-specific content and learning paths with business units.
• Update and maintain internal e-learning content.
• Assess external vendors' content for training fit.
• Select internal/external trainers with business units.
• Monitor budgets and grant schemes for learning programmes.
• Manage virtual learning community platforms.
• Coordinate scheduling with trainers and vendors.
• Partner with divisions and HRBPs to implement Talent & Culture initiatives.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, and development plans.
• Identify workforce development needs with HRBPs.
• Embed culture through learning, engagement, and communications.
• Review engagement surveys and craft action plans.
• Contribute to team and leadership development through diagnostics and workshops.
• Guide managers on development planning and career paths.
• Lead or support enterprise learning and culture initiatives as needed.
