Job summary

Ministry of Law in Singapore seeks a proactive Learning and Development professional to shape workforce capability across divisions and strengthen organisational competencies. You will collaborate with divisions to identify learning needs, design impactful interventions and monitor outcomes to foster a culture of continuous learning.

The role covers strategic learning, capability development, and learning operations, with a view to aligning programmes with MinLaw's future priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning & development, organizational development, or HR, with ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Experience using competency frameworks to drive workforce development and capability gaps.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner divisions to identify current and future workforce competencies and capabilites to support MinLaw's objectives.
• Design, implement and review learning interventions; develop roadmaps and monitor outcomes with data feedback.
• Support learning operations and governance to ensure effective delivery across MinLaw.
