In a matrix environment, you will drive digital capability maturity, governance for AI and cybersecurity, and design learning journeys across segments and grade levels, while ensuring impact through analytics and strong vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in Learning, Leadership Development or related CoE role.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• Ability to design learning journeys and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Learning Partner for assigned business segments with key stakeholders and leaders.
• Apply performance consulting to diagnose capability gaps and shape learning plans.
• Own horizontal development journeys for assigned grade levels and strengthen progression.
• Build digital capability maturity and adoption roadmaps across analytics, automation and AI.
• Lead capability domains within Temasek's learning architecture and manage vendor partnerships.
• Own learning systems governance, dashboard creation and reporting integrity.
• Drive disciplined delivery, measure impact and ensure learning transfer across portfolios.
