Job summary

The National University of Singapore, Learning & Development Academy, Office of Human Resources, is seeking an enthusiastic professional to support planning, implementation and continuous improvement of university-wide learning initiatives.

You will work with faculties, schools and partners to deliver programmes in AI, data literacy, leadership and workforce capabilities, combining programme management, learner engagement and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
• 2+ years learning and development or related experience preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong interest in AI, automation and data on jobs and skills.
• Basic data analysis and visualization using Excel/Power BI.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to produce clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration and evaluation of staff learning programmes.
• Coordinate learner communications, registrations, attendance and logistics.
• Analyze learner and programme data, develop reports and dashboards.
