Job summary

PRYSMIAN POWERLINK S.R.L. SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead development and capture of Submarine and HVDC cable system opportunities in APAC.

You will own senior customer relationships, drive tender leadership and coordinate a multidisciplinary team across Sales, System Engineering and Installation Engineering. In this role you will manage end-to-end pursuits from market engagement through contract award, shape competitive technical-commercial offers, and

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business, economics or related discipline.
• Postgraduate business or technical qualification is beneficial.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in complex project/EPC sales.
• Experience leading high-value tenders and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end pursuit and tender process for complex, high-value Submarine and HVDC projects, establishing the win strategy and governance roadmap.
• Act as bid leader and single point of accountability for the quality and timely delivery of the complete technical‑commercial proposal.
• Coordinate commercial, contractual, financial, technical, manufacturing, installation, project management, procurement, legal, tax, insurance and risk functions throughout the pursuit.
• Ensure bids are based on robust assumptions, clear scope boundaries, executable schedules and clear risk assessments.
• Lead customer clarifications, commercial and contractual negotiations, internal approvals and contract closing, ensuring governance compliance.
