Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) seeks a Subsea Technical Program Manager to lead submarine cable programs across geographies, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet aggressive schedules and quality metrics.

You will drive detailed planning, risk management, and execution, leveraging deep knowledge of marine surveys, cable installation, and network operations to deliver reliable, scalable connectivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 3+ years experience of marine operations for telecommunications cable survey and installation
• Direct knowledge and experience in the subsea telecoms cable industry

Responsibilities

• Deliver submarine cable projects across the globe with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent Amazon in deployment and operational meetings.
• Coordinate complex projects spanning multiple geographies.
• Ensure an operational model is validated for deployment locations.
