The Assurance, Care and Engagement Group (ACE) within the Ministry of Manpower is focused on improving the well‑being of migrant workers by enhancing primary care standards. The role involves planning, developing and implementing audit tools and governance frameworks for primary care clinical quality.

You will conduct service‑level audits, engage with medical service providers, and collaborate with MOH, NGOs and related agencies to drive excellence in clinical quality and healthcare improvement

Qualifications

• A tertiary education in nursing, allied health or a healthcare professional discipline is preferred.
• Good administrative and writing skills.
• Familiarity with quality improvement principles and tools will be useful.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in clinical quality, audits, healthcare services development and planning will be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and implement strategies, standards and standardised audit tools related to primary care clinical quality, audit, improvement and governance framework.
• Conduct periodic service-level audits and engagement with medical services providers to ensure robust clinical standards across primary care domains and settings (telemedicine, mobile medical teams, medical centres, etc).
• Partner stakeholders such as primary care medical service providers, public healthcare institutions, MOH, NGOs and other agencies to drive excellence in clinical quality, governance and healthcare improvement for migrant workers.
