Job summary

Ministry of Manpower in Singapore seeks a policy- and program-focused professional to lead a small team in shaping preventive health and primary care policies for migrant workers and MDWs. You will coordinate with ACE group and external partners to strengthen the health ecosystem and improve care continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy and ops-policy settings is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant experience in policy writing and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two to three officers in strategic planning, review, development and implementation of preventive health and primary care policies and programmes for migrant workers and migrant domestic workers.
• Collaborate with NGOs and other agencies in health education, programme implementation and training; ensure systems integration for continuity of care.
• Prepare proposals to secure resources for approved policies and plans.
• Conduct reviews and evaluation of implemented policies and programmes.
• Propose research areas and technological tools to strengthen preventive health and primary care policies.
