Job summary

Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE) within the Ministry of Health in Singapore seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead strategic communications planning and outreach. You will translate complex health policy into clear messaging, support stakeholder engagement, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and contributing to ACE's guidance on healthcare policy communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in strategic or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, analytical and communication skills; translate complex information clearly.
• Experience in digital communications, including social media planning and monitoring.
• Good judgement and sensitivity when handling communications issues and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.
• Interest in healthcare policy; public sector or healthcare policy experience advantageous.
• Medical declaration may be required as part of the shortlisting process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications plans for ACE's priorities.
• Plan digital content, manage social channels and stakeholder outreach.
• Organise events, manage projects, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
