Hatch Asia Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to lead account management for existing clients across Asia. You will drive revenue, oversee pricing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior service and solutions in MRO and related supply chain services.

The role requires a proven key account management track record, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic market.

• Drive revenue and margin growth within customer accounts by meeting and exceeding business measures.
• Develop and implement Key Account Management Plans to improve financial performance.
• Oversee and monitor customer service agreements to ensure KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
• Manage daily operations including updated pricing structures for assigned accounts.
• Identify and secure new opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the organization’s brand.
