Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Key Account / Key Account Manager for General Trade to drive sales across all channels. You will own sales targets, develop joint business plans, and manage wholesalers and traditional trade outlets while expanding distribution.

You will also lead e-commerce initiatives on Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, and collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure pricing integrity and timely promotions. A degree plus 5+ years' FMCG sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of Key Account or sales experience in FMCG, food or beverage.
• Proven record of hitting sales targets and negotiating with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Own sales targets, growth plans for assigned accounts across all three channels
• Build and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with key customers, covering pricing, promotions, listings and distribution
• General Trade: Manage wholesalers and traditional trade outlets, and drive numeric distribution, coverage and in-store execution
• E-commerce: Manage marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and quick-commerce or D2C partners, including content, search visibility, promotions and platform investment
• Food Service: Develop caterers, restaurants, hotels and institutional accounts, driving menu listings, new product adoption and volume
• Plan and track trade spend, forecast demand and manage ROI
• Work with Supply Chain and Head of Commercial to ensure availability, pricing integrity and timely promotion execution
• Analyse sell-in/sell-out data, market share and competitor activity, and act on the insights
• Negotiate annual contracts and terms to protect margin and strengthen long‑term relationships
