Success Time is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (Key Accounts) focused on Modern Trade and General Trade in Singapore. You will manage key retail accounts, develop relationships with buyers, and drive sales growth across channels.

You will analyse market trends, plan promotions, ensure shelf compliance, and coordinate product launches with retailers and internal teams. Strong Excel/Outlook skills and Mandarin ability are a plus.

Qualificações

• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
• Ability to work in Modern Trade / General Trade / Wholesale FMCG channels.
• Highly organized and meticulous with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Outlook.
• Good communication and written skills in English; Mandarin-speaking advantage.
• Independent & team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Possess own transport with class 3 license and able to travel within Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow key retail accounts including modern trade and general trade.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail partners to drive sales growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for expansion and performance improvement.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on assortment, pricing strategies, promotions, and shelf optimization.
• Plan and execute account-specific promotions and in-store visibility initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of POS materials and planogram compliance.
• Coordinate stock transitions and ensure timely order processing and delivery fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align strategies and targets.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and promotional planning activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market insights for strategic decisions.
