Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is partnering with a Singapore FMCG distributor to hire a Key Account Manager for General Trade, E-commerce and Food Service. You will own sales targets, craft joint business plans, and drive growth across multiple channels including marketplaces and B2B customers.

The role requires 5+ years in key account or sales within FMCG, clarity on trade terms, and familiarity with e-commerce tools.

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Key Account or sales experience in FMCG.
Strong commercial acumen: trade terms, pricing, promotion ROI and P&L ownership.
Familiarity with e-commerce platform tools.

Responsibilities

Own sales targets and growth plans for General Trade, E-commerce and Food Service (70% new business, 30% account management).
Build and execute joint business plans covering pricing, promotions, listings and distribution.
Drive distribution, coverage and in-store execution for General Trade.
Manage marketplaces and quick-commerce / D2C partners, including content, search visibility and promotions.
Develop caterers, restaurants, hotels and institutional accounts; drive menu listings and new product adoption.
