Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to manage a portfolio of large corporate accounts. You will identify upsell opportunities and drive service-based solutions across the client base.

You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings, maintain strong relationships, and ensure growth through strategic account management and effective pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• Min 5 years in B2B sales, managing large corporate accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing corporate customers in Singapore and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
• Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Introduce Lyreco's products, services, and solutions to customers, helping them understand the full range of the company's offerings.
• Schedule regular account review and development meetings with customers, either face-to-face or online.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure excellent service and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Coordinate special product sourcing requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage pricing, sales margins, and profitability.
• Monitor sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and update sales opportunities and progress regularly.
• Coordinate with International Account Managers to ensure compliance with global contracts, tenders, and pricing agreements.
• Encourage customers to adopt Lyreco's digital ordering solutions to simplify and improve their purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Inside Sales team to manage customer requirements efficiently and improve sales processes.
• Perform other reasonable ad hoc duties assigned by management.
