Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific seeks a Manager, Account Management to drive new business opportunities and expand IT & Digital services accounts in Singapore. You will lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and delivery, coordinating with pre-sales and delivery teams.

The role requires 4+ years in IT services sales, strong relationship skills at the C-suite level, and the discipline to forecast, build pipelines, and close complex deals with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holders in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 4+ years in Sales and Business Development in IT Services and B2B sales.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, fast learning skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated with initiative and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT & Digital services to expand access and tailor solutions.
• Increase sales with existing and new clients across target markets.
• Lead the sales process from contact to proposal, presentation and closing, with forecasted plans.
