Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications, Engineering or relevant field.
• Min 4 years of experience as Account Manager or similar in IT sector.
• Strong network and cyber security knowledge in enterprise/government sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple account projects with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
• Build and strengthen client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate client records including contracts and renewals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Upsell and cross-sell by developing product understanding.
• Monitor accounts to ensure services meet budgets and needs.
• Generate progress reports for clients and management.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Onboard and integrate new customers and deepen existing relationships.
