Job summary

NCS is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day support of large-scale maintenance projects, ensuring customer requirements and SLAs are met. The role includes coordinating health checks, monitoring, incident handling, and effective communication with customers and vendors.

The position also covers project delivery, team leadership, resource forecasting, and ongoing service improvement to align with business goals.

Qualifications

7-10 years IT project management experience.
Strong knowledge in process improvement methodologies and tools.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.

Responsibilities

Act as focal point for all support related queries and issues.
Review transition plans, milestones and deliverables with support teams and customers.
Ensure SLAs/KPIs are met and service quality is maintained.
Lead and manage a team of 3 for patching and vulnerability remediation.
Liaise with vendors and customer teams to ensure BAU operations.
Identify opportunities for service expansion and pre-sale involvement.
Forecast resources and manage project health status reporting.
