Job summary

NCS is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day support of large-scale infrastructure maintenance projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage SLAs/KPIs, and ensure timely incident resolution while collaborating with clients and vendors to deliver BAU excellence.

The role requires strong IT project management experience, PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile master certification, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for all support related queries and issues.
• Review transition plans, milestones and deliverables with teams and customer.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and regularly reported to client.
• Forecast resources and manage risks across projects.
• Liaise with third party vendors and customer technical teams to ensure BAU operations.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members and drive performance improvements.
