Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in complex, regulated or mission-critical environments.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation and/or OT.
• Experience in IT project delivery, vendor and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of AI, automation and data analytics (Generative AI, LLMs, Power BI, SQL, Python).
• Exposure to IoT, computer vision, connected vehicles, digital twins or predictive analytics is advantageous.
• Public transport/transport technology experience is advantageous; transferable experience considered.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, Security+, Cloud or AI/ML are advantageous.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technology into practical business/operational solutions.
• Experience leading or supervising an IT team is advantageous.
• Ability to support mission-critical systems and environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Technology Leadership: align IT/digital strategy with business objectives and optimize infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity and OT.
• Operational Technology & Critical Infrastructure: ensure availability and resilience of IT and OT systems across depots, interchanges and control environments.
• Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance: support cybersecurity strategy, compliance with local legislation and security standards; oversee vulnerability management and incident response.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Services: oversee hybrid on-prem/cloud environments; drive cloud migration and platform modernization.
• Project, Stakeholder & Vendor Management: interface with regulators, vendors and partners; manage relationships with external stakeholders.
