Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) is looking for a Deputy Director to lead the planning, development, and operations of bus information systems powering Singapore's public bus network.

You will oversee fleet management, passenger information, data analytics, and cybersecurity, driving technology strategies and partnerships with operators, vendors, and government agencies to ensure reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in ICT or transportation tech with at least 3 in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent grasp of system architecture, software delivery, data analytics, and governance.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities; public transport OT/IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, implementation, and operations of bus information systems.
• Drive digital transformation and technology partnerships with operators, vendors, and agencies.
• Establish roadmaps, architectures, and standards for reliability, scalability, and interoperability.
• Oversee vendor, contract, and stakeholder management activities.
• Manage cybersecurity governance for OT and IT systems supporting bus operations.
• Direct incident response, service performance, and business continuity planning.
• Leverage data to drive performance, decision making, and continuous improvement.
• Advise senior management on technology investments, risks, and innovation opportunities.
