Job summary

The Public Service Division seeks a Deputy Director of Bus Information Systems to lead planning, development, and operations for critical bus information systems that underpin Singapore’s public bus network. You will shape technology strategies, governance, and partnerships with operators and vendors to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable services.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in ICT or transportation technology with relevance to digital transformation.
• Strong leadership and people management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of system architecture, software delivery, data analytics, cloud technologies, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of bus information systems.
• Drive digital transformation of bus operations through emerging technologies.
• Establish technology roadmaps, architectures, and standards for reliability and scalability.
• Lead vendor, contract, and stakeholder management with operators, integrators, and providers.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance for OT/IT systems in bus operations.
