Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Director to lead the planning, development, implementation and operations of bus information systems supporting the public bus network.

You will drive technology strategies, oversee cybersecurity governance, vendor and stakeholder engagement, and ensure system reliability, scalability and future readiness across OT and IT environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ICT, transportation technology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, development, implementation and maintenance of bus information systems.
• Drive digital transformation of bus operations with emerging technologies.
• Establish technology roadmaps, architectures, and standards for reliability and scalability.
• Lead vendor, contract, and stakeholder management with operators, integrators and providers.
• Oversee cybersecurity governance and compliance for OT and IT systems.
• Direct operations, incident response, and business continuity planning.
