Job summary

Zohorecruit Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of IT vertical accounts from a commercial perspective. You will own relationships, pricing, scope, escalations, and revenue growth, coordinating closely with internal operations and external stakeholders.

During a structured onboarding, you will transition accounts from senior team members and take full ownership within 90 days, maintaining accurate forecasts, quotes, and pipeline visibility while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to negotiate commercially.
• Sharp understanding of rates, margins, and contracts.
• Organised with CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Willingness to grow into team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of IT vertical accounts end-to-end from a commercial perspective.
• Transition accounts from senior team members during onboarding.
• Serve as the named commercial contact for customers within 90 days.
• Manage newly acquired accounts with onboarding and alignment.
• Identify growth opportunities through new lanes, geographies, and value-added services.
• Maintain strong margin discipline through pricing and billing control.
• Collaborate with operations and SOE for accurate quotations.
• Act as the commercial escalation point when required.
• Maintain forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
