Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Strong customer-facing ability and confidence in commercial discussions.
• Deep understanding of rates, margins, contracts, and negotiations.
• Organised and able to maintain CRM and forecasts.
• Openness to learn about IOR/EOR and IT logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of IT vertical accounts.
• Transition accounts through a structured onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers.
• Identify and drive account growth opportunities.
• Ensure margin discipline through pricing and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations for accurate quotations.
