Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, account management, client partnership, or relationship management within technology staffing, professional services, IT outsourcing, managed services, RPO, MSP, or workforce solutions.
• Established Singapore network and ability to generate opportunities through direct client engagement.
• Experience selling to enterprise clients and managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, and stakeholder-management capability.
• A self-starting, relationship-led approach, balanced with pipeline management and delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline of enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing accounts through proactive account planning and cross-selling.
• Engage senior business, technology, HR, procurement, and programme stakeholders.
• Position technology staffing, contract staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, and outsourced delivery solutions.
• Lead client meetings, identify workforce needs, shape proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close opportunities.
• Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure strong service execution and long-term client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information.
