is seeking a driven Client Manager to grow our client base, strengthen key relationships, and drive revenue through consultative sales, client retention, and strategic account management in a fast-paced environment. You will generate new business opportunities via networking, cold outreach, and marketing initiatives, develop relationships with key clients, negotiate deals to closure, and craft compelling proposals using CRM tools to streamline the sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in a related field with relevant experience in IT solution sales or SI
• 3–4 years IT sales experience, preferably in systems integration or enterprise IT solutions
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting/presentations
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho) and order management systems

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention while maximizing profitability
• Generate new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, marketing initiatives and other lead-gen strategies
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate deals to closure
• Craft compelling proposals and sales pitches to engage potential clients
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to streamline the sales process and manage client information
• Maintain understanding of the company’s offerings and industry trends
• Apply consultative sales approach and collaborate with marketing to attract, qualify, and nurture leads
• Communicate clearly and persuasively to close deals using presales solutions and customer insights
