Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) is seeking an experienced Human Capital Management professional to lead HR initiatives and manage key processes. You will coordinate policy implementation, oversee process reviews, and partner with senior management to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of related work experience in HR or business administration.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with planning and multitasking abilities.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in implementing policy initiatives.
• Oversee and drive process reviews.
• Build partnerships with senior management across the community.
• Perform staffer support to deliver outcomes for senior management.
• Administer end-to-end appointment processes including panel scheduling and results collation.
• Represent the community in policy discussions with stakeholders.
