Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) seeks an experienced Manager to lead the Scholarship & Internship Centre, overseeing undergraduate scholarship and internship programmes and partnering with higher education institutions and government agencies.

The role emphasizes people management, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver programme lifecycle, budgets, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end scholarship or internship programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Undergraduate Scholarship Management lifecycle and deployment.
• Design development initiatives and mentorship for scholars.
• Support scholars with academic, welfare and advisory matters.
• Manage Internship Programme end-to-end including budget and onboarding.
• Coordinate project attachments and stipend logistics for interns.
• Lead team performance, workload and priorities.
• Streamline policies and processes; report programme performance to senior management.
