Job summary

Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) is seeking motivated professionals to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will help build a robust talent pipeline across cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud and software engineering, managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to placement as well as the management of scholarships and internships.

Collaborate with hiring managers, assess applications, craft compelling offers, and deliver a streamlined candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Interest in information technology and understanding of technical roles.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment strategies and channels.
• Assess applications and identify suitable candidates for diverse technical roles.
• Shape the candidate experience and own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning through to offer management and onboarding.
• Develop remuneration packages and manage offers process for selected candidates.
• Analyze trends in the talent and workforce landscape to derive insights and identify opportunities to talent acquisition outcomes.
