Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to define and execute long-term HR plans that support the organization's overall business objectives.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the HR team, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver on their responsibilities.
Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices, and to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Work with management to create and maintain effective organizational structures and workflows.
Provide expertise and recommendations to senior management on various HR issues, such as employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, including managing the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company's budget and objectives.
Implement and manage performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
Address employee concerns and grievances, ensure a positive and respectful work environment, and mediate disputes.
Identify training and development needs and develop and implement programs to support employee growth and career development.
Monitor changes in labor laws and ensure the organization is compliant with all relevant regulations.
Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure that HR programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Continuously learn and adapt to changes in the HR field and implement new strategies and technologies to improve HR operations.
