Job summary

Silicon Box Inc in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align workforce planning and talent development with business goals in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role partners with business leaders to drive HR processes and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

You will lead recruitment, employee engagement, performance cycle administration, and employee relations, while building pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, ideally in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and social media platforms.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience with diverse methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads on workforce planning and staffing.
• Drive employee engagement programs to improve culture and retention.
• Support annual performance cycles and identify high-potential employees.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance cases fairly and timely.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards and networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
• Forecast quarterly hiring needs and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Organise job fairs, campus recruitment and events with institutions/government.
• Support other HR initiatives and ad-hoc duties.
