Job summary

SILITH TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment and support HR operations in Singapore’s manufacturing environment.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline and at least 2 years’ HR experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR and administrative experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, employee records management, and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Good understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill hiring needs for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communications between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support HR audits, employee surveys, compliance reviews, and government reporting to maintain regulatory adherence.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records and efficient onboarding/offboarding processes.
