Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd seeks an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders in the Sensor MEMS and ASIC organization in Singapore. You will translate priorities into HR solutions spanning organization design, talent development, performance management, and compensation, with a dotted-line to the Shenzhen senior HRBP team.

You will drive headcount and org reviews, talent development pathways, and promotion processes, while leading salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or microelectronics field.
• Around 3 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience supporting an R&D team.
• Semiconductor R&D HRBP experience is a plus.
• Strong self-driven learner with high interpersonal sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into HR solutions across organization design, talent development, performance management, and compensation.
• Lead quarterly headcount and org structure reviews, including recruitment progress tracking.
• Own the annual review of talent development pathways, job grading, and promotion processes.
• Drive training needs analysis and annual training plan execution (general and specialized).
• Facilitate quarterly performance goal-setting and review cycles.
• Lead annual salary review and adjustment exercises, year-end bonus allocation, and design of targeted incentive schemes.
• Build strong employee relationships through structured 1-on-1 touchpoints across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, exit).
• Champion company strategy and culture within the business unit.

About the role

This HRBP role supports the Sensor MEMS and ASIC organization, based in Singapore, with a dotted-line reporting to the Business Unit HRBP Senior Manager in Shenzhen.
