Job summary

ASML is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen the people capabilities in Singapore and Malaysia. You will drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness within an international setting.

The role combines HR generalist expertise with policy deployment, change management, and advisory support to business leaders. Southeast Asia experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Min 12-15 years experience in HR field.
• At least 3 years of HRBP experience and familiarity with HR processes including performance, talent, and learning.
• Experience in Southeast Asia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to People strategy and translates it into planning for own group.
• Lead HR projects at country/sector level and align with Global HR.
• Adapt HR policies to local Singapore & Malaysia compliance.
• Deliver HR interventions aligned with business needs and HR framework.
• Act as sparring partner for management and coach leaders on behaviors.
