Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of HR experience in an MNC, with strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate a matrixed global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in a multinational context.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency and focus.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HRBP leader and local stakeholders to translate company strategy into HR initiatives.
• Lead annual HR programs and business-driven HR activities.
• Drive organization design, succession, and workforce planning for regional businesses.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and collaborate with shared services.
• Represent SEA in HR matters and employer branding initiatives.
