Qualifications

• HR experience with strong Retail HRBP exposure and some exposure to Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience in Singapore retail plus exposure to Thailand talent market.
• Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience balancing strategic HR partnership with operational execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
