Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, human resources, business transformation, project management, analytics, organizational development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional projects, organizational initiatives, transformation programmes, or strategic business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic HR Transformation: contribute to initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capabilities, and culture.
• Analyze data and generate insights to identify trends and support evidence-based decisions.
• Translate data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive employee experience initiatives: design, implement, and evaluate programs that strengthen engagement across the employee lifecycle.
• Enable change and transformation: partner with teams to adopt new ways of working and navigate organizational change effectively.
• Develop strategic recommendations: prepare presentations, reports, and executive materials for leadership teams.
