Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking a talented HR professional to contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives that shape workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to transformation programmes and leadership collaboration within a major ASEAN bank.

You will analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, translate insights into strategic recommendations, and support change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, human resources, business transformation, project management, analytics, organizational development, employee experience, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cross functional projects, organizational initiatives, transformation programmes, or strategic business priorities.
• Strong academic achievements and a track record of delivering high-quality work in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic HR Transformation: Contribute to high impact initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capabilities, employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and culture across the Bank.
• Analyze data and generate insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, uncover insights, and support evidence based decision making.
• Drive employee experience initiatives: Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and the overall employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Enable change and transformation: Partner with teams across the Bank to support transformation initiatives, helping leaders and employees adopt new ways of working and navigate organizational change effectively.
• Improve processes and solutions: Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance HR processes, leveraging technology, analytics, and innovative thinking to drive better outcomes for employees and the business.
• Develop strategic recommendations: Prepare presentations, reports, discussion papers, and executive materials for leadership teams. Synthesize complex information into concise insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner across functions: Collaborate with colleagues across HR, business units, and corporate functions to deliver integrated solutions that address business priorities and people related challenges.
• Support enterprise wide projects: Contribute to cross functional initiatives related to workforce strategy, employee listening, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, leadership development, and other strategic priorities
